This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is a Total 100% Small Business Set Aside. Offers shall not be accepted or evaluated from offerors who are not Small businesses in accordance with FAR 52.219-6. All responsible sources eligible under the set-aside must be registered in SAM.gov Contractor shall provide all material, supplies, and labor to perform all work in accordance with the attached SOO, local, state and federal regulations, and the terms and conditions of the contract. The estimated value of this procurement is between 20,000.00 and 90,000.00. The Applicable NAICS code is 236220. Payment bonds are required if award is over $30,000.00. No bid bonds is required to submit a proposal. A site visit is not required for proposal acceptance but strongly encouraged.
