No other changes. This solicitation 70FBR622Q00000049 replaces solicitaion 70FBR622Q00000048, which did not yield any responsive offers. Solicitation70FBR622Q00000049 is issued as a full and open competition, giving preference to Local Businesses within the Disaster Set-Aside Area of DR-4559-LA, as stated in the solicitation. This service is for a portable restroom unit with air conditioning and heating, contains two (2) stalls with one (1) ADA stall, for a total of three (3) stalls, as described in the soliciation and the statement of work (SOW). All offers must include the following information: a.) Examples (photocopies) and detailed descriptions of proposed climate controlled portable restroom, to include all salient characteristics such as, materials, layout, and features; b.) Description of routine cleaning methods used and list of expendable supplies provided with each cleaning service (i.e., toilet paper, soap, paper towels, types of cleaning solutions) as described in the Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) CLIN 0002 of this solicitation c) Description of COVID Cleaning methods, supplies, and cost per episodic occurrence, as described in CLIN 0004 of this solicitation ; d.) Delivery, and installation fees, as described in CLIN 0003 of this solicitation; e.) Fees for episodic relocation on the same premises; deinstallation and reinstallation as described in CLIN 0005 of this solicitation; f.) Milestone / timeline of proposed assembly and delivery; g.) Disaster Area Representation to be returned with proposal (Attachment 3: Disaster Area Representation); h.) System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number and CAGE Code, if applicable, must be stated with proposal i.) Optional Proposal template (Attachment 5: Quotation Table) may be used to provide a quotation. If proposal template is not used, all items in the proposal template shall be addressed, including Option Periods. Offers will be evaluated for type of unit offered based on the descriptions in the SOW, price, and delivery date for the business offering the best value to the Government. Preference will be given to businesses within the Disaster Area of DR-4559-LA.
