This solicitation is issued to purchase Off the Lot (OTL) Mobile Housing Units (MHU) to support Disaster Recovery operations in the state of Louisiana as a result of Hurricane Ida. All units sold to FEMA shall be new, never used, nor have been lent or rented. The contractor shall provide off the lot 3 bedrooms Mobile Home Units in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). FEMA intends to award multiple Purchase orders to procure up to 85 mobile home units and deliver them to the Sherwood staging area located at 2965 N. Sherwood Forest in Baton Rouge, LA. This solicitation is Set-aside for Small Business Local Firms doing business in the state of Louisiana. Awards will be made using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Basis of award will be Best Value to the US Government. See attached eval criteria. Quotes submitted in response to this solicitation shall be valid for 60 days from the date the solicitation closes. Prices and other pertinent trailer data are to be entered on attached quote sheet. Quotes from this solicitation are due by 4 PM EST Saturday 7 May 2022.
