The Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region 6, Texas Recovery Office intends to award a purchase order for a copier lease as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. QTY 2 Multifunction Copiers with scan, copy, print, fax, email capabilites. Quote must include 10,000 copies per month, per machine. No overage fees will be paid. All proposed copiers are subject to the approval of Ofiice of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), for DHS security compliance. Paper size is 8,5 x 11, 8.5 x 14 and 11x 17 . Base Period of 3 months, with three 3-month option periods. This is set-aside for small businesses whose primary location and earnings are within one of the Presedentially Declared Disaster Counties of DR-4332-TX (Hurricane Harvey).
