The Federal Emergency Management Agency requests that you submit a technical and price proposal in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) 70FBR620R00000025. This solicitation is being competitively issued to provide Security services to safeguard federal employees, visitors and property at both temporary and fixed facilities during disaster and emergency declarations. The contractor shall provide all equipment, personnel, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, servicing and supervision required to provide the required security services specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is a Small Business Set-aside for Local Firms in the state of Louisiana. It will be competitively awarded pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 19.8 - Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program). FEMA intends to award one contract to supply the required armed security guard services.
