FAR 12.603(c)(2) Streamlined solicitation for commercial items. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision for services necessary to perform maintenance services as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall be responsible for demolition and hauling of mobile home units (MHU), Travel Trailers (TT) located at the Beeville, Texas FSA. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. Registration must be “ACTIVE” at the time of award. (ii) 70FBR620Q00000037 is the solicitation number and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04 Dated 1/15/2020 see https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far and https://www.acquisition.gov/hsar for clause language. (iv) This is a 100% Disaster Area Set-Aside for businesses residing and primarily doing business within the Presidentially Declared Disaster Area of DR-4332-TX, Hurricane Harvey in one of the Declared Counties listed within the solicitation attached. (v) See the RFQ attachment for CLIN/pricing structure. (vi) MHU and TT demolition and hauling is required as stated in the specifications in the attached RFQ and the attached SOW (within the RFQ). (vii) Date(s) are to be determined based off of date of award. As a BPA will be established as a result of this RFQ, the anticipated term of this BPA is from 07/1/2020 through 06/30/2025 *CLINs 0001 through 0006 will be added together for assessment of the lowest price, see the Price Schedule Table for completion.
