Historically there has never been a plan in place to support the evacuation of personnel from the New Orleans area during emergency pre disaster events. A plan is being developed to support of emergency operations. This plan will be kicked off up on the notification from the State Governor. The purpose of this is to provide support assets for two local airports. These items will be used to support local evacuations of personnel for 96 down to 24 hours prior to land fall of the New Orleans area. This information will be used to develop an action plan for future event. The vendors that respond and show that they are able to meet multiple CLINs will be added to a list as able to support the area in the event of a plan kick off.
