Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 70FBR523B00000004 is issued as a Request for Quote for Janitorial Services in Chicago, Ill in support of Disaster Response 4728-Illinois. This is a small-bussiness set-a-side for local contractor in the State of Illinois. The Contractor shall maintain the Premises and all areas of the property to which the government has access in a clean condition and shall provide supplies and equipment for the term of the contract. Janitorial services requested for the following 3 location: Routine building maintenance, cleanliness, and order for a 1-month performance period. Janitorial services include the following schedule. Performance will be based on the Contracting Officer's evaluation of results, not the frequency or method of performance. A. Daily: Empty trash receptacles. Sweep and mop the bathroom floors. Clean break room areas and/or refrigerator/microwave table stations. Dispose of all trash and garbage generated in or about the building in the FEMA DRCs work areas to include the bathrooms. B. Daily: Replenish restroom supplies if necessary. Sweep entrances, lobbies, hallways, and corridors. Clean all restroom fixtures.
