This is a combined/synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for Property Management Companies and/or Housing Solution vendors. The FEMA Direct Lease program is a housing assistance program to lease furnished, turnkey properties for the purpose of providing temporary housing to eligible applicants effected by Tropical Storm Helene. As a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation, the Government intends to issue one or more firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPAs) in accordance with FAR Part 13 and referenced Statement of Work (SOW). All interested parties shall provide quotes in accordance with the Statement of Work and requirements outlined in this solicitation. Solicitation 70FBR425Q00000044 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2025-01), effective November 12, 2024.
