This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be published for this requirement, in which proposals are being requested. Solicitation #70FBR423R00000028 is hereby issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15 for Travel Trailers, as defined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). IAW FAR 52.226-3 (Notice of Disaster or Emergency Set-Aside) this combined synopsis/solicitation is being set aside for small business residing or primarily doing business in counties identified in Presidentail Declaration (DR-4673-FL): Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Hardee, Hillsborough, Lee, Manatee, Pinellas, and Sarasota Counties and the State of Florida. This requirement is for 200 Travel Trailers sleeping 3 - 4 as outlined in the SOW. Proposed shipping/transportation prices shall be included in offerors proposal however must be seperately identified (CLIN 0002). Please be advised, funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government’s obligation under this request is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for any resultant contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. All questions shall be submitted electronically using Attachment 3 (RFP Questions Template) via email to Wendell Crittenden at wendell.crittenden@fema.dhs.gov no later than 12:00 PM EST on Tuesday, April 4, 2023. Proposals shall be submitted electronically via email to Wendell Crittenden @ wendell.crittenden@fema.dhs.gov no later than 5:00 PM EST on Wednesday, April 5, 2023. The Government will not accept proposals that are in shared drives or other web-based storage sites; documents must be attached to the email. Offerors shall reference the Solicitation #70FBR423R00000028 on all documentation submitted in response to the RFP.
