JFO Shredding Requirement FEMA Field Office in Prattville, Alabama requires Secure Shredding Services to ensure all documents that may contain PII be properly destroyed/shredded to prevent any accidental release of information. The requirement includes supplying 3 large shredding bins (1 for each Floor) that will either be collected and changed out with new bins and shredded twice a month or may be shredded on-site by mobile vehicle and the bins returned at the same time. This requirement will continue for approximately 3 months (6 trips) and may be extended an additional 3 months Vendors must have an active registration at SAM.GOV and must provide their current Unique Entity Code (UEI) with their quote. The Quote should include the price per bin if any, the price for shredding each bin, any trip charge, and any fuel charge.
