The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for media outlets, publishing and/or broadcasting and aerial marketing, and community-based organization(s) to help promote awareness of individual assistance and updates to qualified individuals. FEMA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract in accordance with procedures identified in FAR Part 15 & 8.404 to the contractor representing the best value to the Government. This RFQ will be solicited as a 100% Small Business set aside IAW the Robert T. Stafford Act Disaster Area Set-Aside IAW FAR 26.2 (Local area Set-Aside) Disaster or Emergency Assistance Activities. This requirement is being set-aside for Small Businesses with a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule that resides or primarily does business in the state of Florida. No additional information will be provided at this time however all information and instructions will be included in the offiical Request for Quotes once released.
