Contractor shall provide a detailed narrative demonstrating how the contractor intends to meet the requirements of the Government's PWS (attached) for COVID 19 Rapid Field Testing. The Contractor's response is not limited to but MUST include the following: -Physical locations of each site; -Type of PPEs providing; -Number of personnel for each site; -Qualifications of personnel; -Pricing options provided in a spreadsheet format, e.g. hourly, weekly, monthly, etc.; -Type of equipment used for testing; -Protocols being followed. This solicitation is open to all responsible contractors, however, preference will be given to Hubzone small businesses. Any contractor response that does not provide a detailed narrative addressing the manner in which the contractor intends to meet the requirement will NOT be considered for award. Period of Performance to be determined based on award. Award will be subject to availability of funds. Any questions regarding this requirement must be submitted no later than December 22, 2020 by 3PM to Contracting Officer (CO): Nicole L. Contractor must confirm Section K and L; Contractor must sign and return the Contractor Assurance; Contractor must read in entirety the fillable form regarding Section 889(a)(1)(B) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act, respond appropriately to the highlighted sections and sign/certify the selections. These items MUST be included in the contractor's response.
