The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation and incidental items to furnish and install Modernfold Acoustical Seal 932 Paired Panel Operable Partition in the new regional office building according to the attached Statement of Work. All contractors submitting a proposal shall be an authorized dealer and installer of Trendway products out of Holland, MI. Contractors that are not verified to be an authorized dealer and installer shall not be considered for award. Subcontracting to authorized dealers and installers of Trendway shall not be considered for award. Award shall be made solely to an authorized dealer and installer of Trendway.
