This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for an emergency one-time thorough cleaning of the Joint Field Office in Nashville, TN, in response to COVID-19 precautionary measures taken for the safety of individuals working in and visiting the JFO. The Statement of Work is set forth in Attachment 1. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70FBR420B00000003 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). Under this requirement, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to award a purchase order contract. All services under this contract will be performed at the JFO in Nashville, TN. Period of Performance: The period of performance for this contract will be from date of award through completion of the cleaning by the contractor. Award is subject to Government availability of funding. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) for this procurement is 561720 and the product service code is S201. This is a total small business set-aside, with a local area preference for vendors under the Stafford Act, FAR 26.202. Vendor’s quote should be submitted no later than the Closing Date/Time set out above.
