Level II - Armed Protective Service Officers and Patrol Services
FEMA is seeking armed security officers and patrol vehicle services for disaster recovery operations across all municipalities of Puerto Rico, specifically supporting several past disaster declarations and fixed warehouse facilities. The performance of services is exclusively within the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Proposals will only be considered from companies residing or doing business primarily in Puerto Rico, with eligibility verified upon selection. The contract will be awarded based on a best-value determination where combined Technical Capability and Past Performance are significantly more important than Price.
