Performance location is FEMA Naval Weapons Station Earle, Building C-54, Colts Neck, NJ, with delivery required no later than 90 days after award. Quantities are 3,680 individual 2x4-foot tiles and 1,040 individual 2x2-foot tiles, with small overages accepted and both line items awarded together. Scope is supply and delivery only—no installation—and the driver must unload pallets to the loading dock, while FEMA staff moves them into the warehouse. No partial deliveries are allowed, and all freight, liftgate, unloading, and delivery costs must be included in the quoted price.
