The warehouse location is primarily used for water storage. The ceiling area is slightly vaulted, and the sprinkler system has been removed. The warehouse portion of the location for racking totals 58,509 square feet with estimated area of 58,509 square feet for installation for minimum of 5,132 pallet positions. Final racking position layout and pallet position shall be approved by FEMA. Please limit capability statements to 2 (two) pages.
