This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Armed Security Guard Services (Level II) in accordance with the Statement of Work, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70FBR220R00000007 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Under this requirement, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to award a commercial, Labor Hour contract. All services under this contract will be performed in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
