The gowns will be used to equip first responders, healthcare providers, and hospitals in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico during its response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The procurement will be conducted as a competitive procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05. Notice: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested by the due date above.
