The procurement will be conducted as a competitive procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05.
