There was an error in the formula calculations of the spreadsheet. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Effort to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for portable toilet and hand wash station services at 16 FEMA Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC) located in the various municipalities designated disaster areas in accordance with Presidential Disaster Declaration DR-4473-PR. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for the delivery, cleaning, and pick up services for the lease, maintenance, and service of portable restrooms and handwash stations at 16 Disaster Recovery Centers (DRCs) in disaster declared areas on the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The exact location of the DRCs is unknown at the time of this solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services for the lease, service, and maintenance of: 1) Two (2) Standard portable toilets per DRC location 2) Two (2) ADA portable toilets per DRC location 3) Two (2) Hand-washing stations per DRC location The ceiling price for this blanket purchase agreement is $325,000.00. The Government will be obligated only to the extent of authorized call orders issued under the BPA. Individual call orders shall not exceed $100,000.00. A list of individuals authorized to make purchases under the BPA shall be furnished to the contractor by the Contracting Officer.
