The Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Office of Response and Recovery recognizes that emergency managers require a baseline understanding of pre-disruption conditions and the all-hazards impacts of a disaster to the natural, social, built, and economic environments, both independently and as they relate to one another. Business, industry, and infrastructure functions are essential for successful response and recovery efforts, and resources to support Community Lifeline stabilization, is greatly impacted by the type of information that such analysis an understanding present to the Agency primarily through the National Business Emergency Operations Center (NBEOC) and associated stakeholders. Therefore, FEMA is seeking a contractor to provide: 1) a one-year license for an unlimited number of users to access to a national economic data set; and 2) provide services to analyze, develop, and produce economic analysis for Puerto Rico. 3 Primary Reports Required Pre-DisasterEconomic Enviroment Baseline Post-Disaster Economic and Supply chain Assessment Recovery Economic Analysis
