FEMA Region 10 is seeking a small business vendor for annual inspection and testing of Fire Life and Safety systems, including backflow testing, at its Bothell, WA location. The initial inspection and report must be completed prior to June 23, 2026, with subsequent annual inspections each April. The contract includes a base year through June 2027 and two optional one-year extensions. Repairs resulting from inspection failures are funded separately, not to exceed $25,000 per option year. Award will be based on relevant experience, ability to meet deadlines, and price.
