This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation number is 70FBR021Q00000007. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007. Please note that any solicitation package materials, documents, drawings, specifications, and/or attachments to the anticipated solicitation will be available only electronically and via the government point of entry found at beta.SAM.gov. Hard copy documents will not be supplied by the government to any interested parties as a result of this solicitation. Vendors submitting quotes to this requirement must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to participate; quotes received from vendors that are not currently registered will be rejected. Subject to Funds Availability. Quotes must be submitted by the required deadline to the point of Contact listed via email. Quote determination will be based on Best Value: The Government will evaluate Offeror’s proposal submissions based on the following evaluation factors, listed in descending order of importance: •Factor 1 – Technical Approach/Capability and Prior Relevant Experience •Factor 2 – Management Approach including Capability of Proposed Key Personnel •Factor 3 – Past Performance •Factor 4 – Price Onsite visit will be held between 8am-3PM 5/4/21.
