This is a small, local business set aside in accordance with the Robert T. Stafford Act. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this emergency requirement is to provide thirteen ( 13) travel trailers available for immediate purchase and delivery, to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), which will be used as part of FEMA’s temporary housing mission in response to Oregon Wildfires under disaster declaration DR-4562-OR. The Government intends to award multiple purchase order contracts for this requirement. The number of delivery dates will depend on the number of units awarded. The Period of Performance will be indicated on each order. The U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) requests a price quote on available inventory in response to this solicitation and attached Statement of Work (SOW). PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND COMPLY WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS OF THE SOW. BIDS FROM SMALL, LOCAL BUSINESS ONLY WILL BE ACCEPTED.
