As an additional preventive measure in response to the COVID-19 virus, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region 10 has a requirement to hire a contractor to conduct temperature screening at two Regional Offices as a prerequisite for entry into the facilities for an undetermined time while the COVID-19 virus threat persist. Refer to the attachment identified as FEMA Facility Mandatory Temperature Screening Procedures Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) Safety Official Facility Pre-Entry Screening Procedural Guidance March 23, 2020 (v2.0). This document established the objectives necessary to properly implement this screening process. Location of services will be preformed at FEMA Region 10 FRC, 130 228th ST SW, Bothell, WA 98021 and FEMA Region 10 Northview Corporate Center (NCC), Fourth Floor Suite 400, 20700 44th Ave. W, Lynnwood, WA 98036. The contractor will provide a minimum of two contractors to perform screening in accordance with FEMA guidance. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation number is 70FBR020Q00000001. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007. Please note that any solicitation package materials, documents, drawings, specifications, and/or attachments to the anticipated solicitation will be available only electronically and via the government point of entry found at www.fbo.gov. Hard copy documents will not be supplied by the government to any interested parties as a result of this solicitation. Vendors submitting quotes to this requirement must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to participate; quotes received from vendors that are not currently registered will be rejected.
