This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation number is 70FBR018Q00000007. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007. Please note that any solicitation package materials, documents, drawings, specifications, and/or attachments to the anticipated solicitation will be available only electronically and via the government point of entry found at www.fbo.gov. Hard copy documents will not be supplied by the government to any interested parties as a result of this solicitation. Vendors submitting quotes to this requirement must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to participate; quotes received from vendors that are not currently registered will be rejected. Award subject to funds availability. Qualified vendors will have at least 5 years of experience providing all-inclusive overnight youth events for large groups, including providing facilities, activities, care and feeding for at least 40 youth at a time.
