December 5, 2023 Award Notice: RFQ No. 70FBLA24Q000000001 – Waste Disposal Services Dear Sir/Madam: The purpose of this notice is to inform you that the evaluation of the quotations submitted in response to RFQ# 70FBLA24Q00000001 – Waste Disposal Services has been completed. A total of five (5) quotations were received by the deadline specified in RFQ No. 70FBLA24Q00000001 as denoted below. While all five (5) quoters self-certified as technically acceptable, Express Entity LLC was deemed non-responsive due to failure to submit pricing for all the option periods included in Volume II: Price. Express Entity LLC Freight Runners LLC Hype Tyme Logistics LLC LTR Holdings LLC DBA Wolf Disposals SEIYU LLC Purchase order 70FBLA24P00000011 will be awarded to LTR Holdings, LLC DBA Wolf Disposals with a total value of approximately $80,404.00 inclusive of the base and all option periods. At the time of award, funding will only be made available (i.e., obligated) for the base twelve (12)-month period. Option periods will be exercised at the discretion of the Government and subject to the availability of appropriated funding.
