FEMA, part of DHS, intends to issue a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement for commercial Retro Fit Shower and Accessories Installation Kits to be installed inside Transportable Temporary Housing Units supporting displaced individuals with disabilities. This is a full and open competition conducted as an RFQ under FAR Part 12. Pricing line items are provided in Attachment 4, detailed requirements in Attachment 1, and applicable terms and conditions in Attachment 2.
