The contractor will provide all labor, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, and expertise needed to perform seasonal preventive maintenance and operational tune-ups on four (4) Western Shelter CL-ACXE1200 Environmental Control Units (ECUs). The work will be performed at a single site in Sterling, Virginia. The contract structure includes two CLINs: CLIN 0001 for routine maintenance and CLIN 0002 for authorized repair on a time-and-materials basis. The requirement incorporates FAR 52.222-41 and an applicable wage determination, and reference photos of the HVAC system have been provided.
