FEMA is seeking to purchase four Mobile Staging Support Unit (MSSU) cargo trailers. These trailers will function as office trailers with standalone electrical systems, HVAC units, and structurally reinforced chassis with contained cargo areas. They are intended to support FEMA staging operations in austere and OCONUS environments. Performance will be at the FEMA Distribution Center in Fort Worth, Texas, as well as OCONUS locations. Amendment 01 only incorporates Questions & Answers and makes no other changes.
