Please see attached 2.10.1 Questions and Answers This is a Full and Open Competition, with a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. This Contract will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor shall provide dumpster/ trash removal services for the Selma Temporary Housing Storage Site (THSS) in Selma, Alabama.
