THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS IAW FAR 5.2. THERE ARE NO PROPOSALS BEING REQUESTED AT THIS TIME, AND PROPOSALS SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, REVIEWED, OR CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to solicit an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for the primary purpose of conducting damage assessments in response to presidentially declared disasters throughout the United States and its territories (CONUS & OCONUS). The Government may award one or more contracts as a result of the upcoming solicitation. The anticipated solicitation number for this requirement is 70FB8024R00000028, and it will be posted to the GPE at https://www.sam.gov. The anticipated ceiling amount of the IDIQ contract will be $918,000,000.00. The minimum order quantity will be $5,000.00. The anticipated award date of any resultant IDIQ contract is December 31, 2024. It is anticipated this acquistion will be conducted as a full and open competition with no exclusions.
