This is a Request For Information (RFI) and is issued for planning and market research purposes, and to determine the availability of capable firms to provide any of the contemplated options listed below. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal, a Request for Quote, or an indication that the Government will contract for any of the items and/or services discussed in this notice.
