Please be sure to review the revisions to the SOW prior to proposal preparation and submittal. ********** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be published for this requirement, in which proposals are being requested. Solicitation #70FB8022R00000024 is hereby issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15 for Travel Trailers, as defined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This combined synopsis/solicitation is for 380 Travel Trailers, of various sleeping capacities from 2 to 4 people, as outlined in the SOW. Travel Trailers must meet all requirements of the SOW. Prices proposed shall be inclusive of shipping/transportation. Delievery requirements are included in the attached combined synopsis/solicitation and SOW. Please be advised, funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government’s obligation under this request is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for any resultant contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
