This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format specified in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be published for this requirement, in which proposals are being requested. Solicitation 70FB8022R00000019 is hereby issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15 for Travel Trailers as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). This combined synopsis/solicitation is for 225ea Travel Trailers capable of sleeping 5 or more people, as outlined in the SOW. Travel trailers proposed must meet all requirements of this solicitation and the SOW. Prices propsosed shall be inclusive of shipping/transportation. Delivery requirements are included in the attached combined synopsis/solicitation and the SOW. All questions shall be submitted electronically via email to Max Hempe at max.hempe@fema.dhs.gov and Jason Morgan at jason.morgan@fema.dhs.gov, no later than 2:00 PM EST on Thursday March 24, 2022 . The Government will not accept proposals that are in shared drives or other web-based storage sites; documents must be attached to the email.
