The combined synopsis/solicitation document has been corrected to reflect the proposal due date of 12:00pm, January 24, 2022. 2. The requirement for sleeping areas to be partitioned off from living areas via a door or curtain has been been removed from the SOW. 3. The requirement for units to have 2 propane tanks has been removed from the SOW. 4. Questions and Answers regarding this solicititation have been included as an attachment. A revised combined solicitation/synopsis document has been attached to this notice, as well as a list of questions and answers. *********************** ***Ammendment 001*** This combined solicitation/synopsis is hereby amended to make the following changes: 1. Travel Trailers are no longer required to have double axles. Single axle trailers are acceptable. 2. Travel Trailers are required to have minimum 30 AMP electrical service and 1 HVAC. 3. Length is defined as being measured from the front of the tongue to the rear of the bumper 4. Additional delivery requirements have been detailed on page 3 of the SOW. 5. The due date and time for questions is changed to 5:00pm on Thursday 1/20/2022. The due date and time for proposals has not changed. The revised combined synopsis/solicitation have been attached to this notice, along with the revised SOW. Changes made have been highlighted and placed in red text for ease of review. ******************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be published for this requirement, in which proposals are being requested. Solicitation #70FB8022R00000009 is hereby issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15 for Travel Trailers, as defined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This combine synopsis/solicitation is for 100ea Travel Trailers between 20 and 25 feet in length. Travel trailers proposed must meet the requirements of the attached combined synopsis/solicitation and Statement of Work (SOW). Prices proposed shall be inclusive of shipping. Delivery date and location information is included in the attached synopsis/solicitation and SOW. All questions shall be submitted electronically via email to Max Hempe at max.hempe@fema.dhs.gov and Jason Morgan at jason.morgan@fema.dhs.gov, no later than 5:00 PM EST on Thursday, January 20, 2022 . The Government will not accept proposals that are in shared drives or other web-based storage sites; documents must be attached to the email.
