Amendment 0001 (Posted 8/24/2021): Amendment 0001 added an additional delivery location for 25 trailers. 75 trailers shall be delivered to Selma, AL and 25 trailers shall be delivered to Cumberland, MD. The delivery schedule proposed shall be in accordance with Section B2 of the amended Solicitation and delivery addresses have been added to the Statement of Work (SOW). All additions to the Solicitation and SOW have been marked in blue. In addition, answers to questions received have been posted. Answers to Questions" Original Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be published for this requirement, in which proposals are being requested. Solicitation #70FB8021R00000030 is hereby issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15 for travel trailers, as defined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This solicitation incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04 dated 1/15/2020. This solicitation is full and open, unrestricted under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 336214 “Travel Trailer and Camper Manufacturing” (Size Standard: 1,000 employees). The Product Service Code (PSC) is 2330 “Trailers”. Please refer to Section B1 of the RFP for a table of contract line items (CLINs) and Attachment 1 – Statement of Work for more information about the description of the requirement and delivery location. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror-Commercial and FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items apply to this acquisition and specific instructions and evaluation criteria can be found in Section E of the RFP. Offerors are to provide a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items, with its offer.
