FEMA Logistics Management Directorate (LMD) provides an efficient, transparent, and flexible logistics capability to procure and deliver goods and services to support disaster survivors and communities responding to and recovering from disasters. The primary mission of LMD is to deliver the right resources to the right place at the right time in support of state, local, tribal governments and territories. FEMA LMD is seeking supplemental program support and technical services for the Agency's Transportable Temporary Housing Unit (TTHU) Logistics Support Office (LSO), which provides TTHUs to eligible disaster survivors when financial and other direct services are unavailable. This work may consist of providing support to procure a Lifecycle Management Application and applying research to support current and new TTHU initiatives.
