FEMA’s Logistics Management Directorate is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of providing on-site generator maintenance and testing services at OCONUS locations in Puerto Rico (Caguas and Ponce), Hawaii (Aiea and Wahiawa), and Guam (Barriagada). The anticipated scope may include key personnel, technician labor, specialized tooling, diagnostic instruments, vehicles, materials, consumables, transportation, preventive and corrective maintenance, testing, and related generator support services. The anticipated period of performance start date is 06/30/2027, and the acquisition strategy will be determined based on market research results.
