The Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency intends to award a Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will provide all-inclusive, multimodal transportation and shipping services. Services will be performed from Continental United States (CONUS) and/or Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) points of origin to American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and Guam. An amendment to the solicitation has been issued.

FEMA requires disaster overseas transportation support services for American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and Guam. The contract will be a multiple-award IDIQ with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Procurement will be full and open competition with a small business reserve, under NAICS code 483111. Offerors must be registered in SAM and monitor SAM.gov for the solicitation and amendments.
