This RFI is a local area setaside, for the following affected cities/counties of Portland, Cumberland County; Biddeford, York County; Farmington, Franklin County; Brunswick, Cumberland/Sagadahoc County border; Lewiston, Androscoggin County; Augusta, Kennebec County; and, Bangor, Penobscot County, in Maine. FEMA has a potential requirement within the above mentioned counties for Advanced Life Support Ambulances. This RFI is not a request for quotes. Potential Requirement: In response to the COVID-19 Presidential Declaration covering the State of Maine, specific to the following affected cities/counties of Portland, Cumberland County;Biddeford, York County; Farmington, Franklin County; Brunswick, Cumberland/Sagadahoc County border; Lewiston, Androscoggin County; Augusta, Kennebec County; and, Bangor, Penobscot County. FEMA seeks a Contractor to provide Contractor?managed multi?functional transport and medical support resources and capabilities, established with a forward operating base or staging area as needed, in support of Federal assistance, evacuations, and/or other medical support.
