This is a Multiple Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to obtain Contractormanaged multi-functional transport and medical support resources and capabilities, established with a forward operating base or staging area as needed, in support of Federal assistance, evacuations, or other medical support activations for national events. 2. The anticipated IDIQ contract length is a one-year base period of performance and four one- year option periods. 3.
