The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for multiple award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Bottled Drinking Water and Extended Shelf Life Drinking Water in support of Steady State efforts and Presidentially declared disasters. The intended IDIQ contracts will be supported by Delivery Orders issued on a Firm Fixed Price or cost reimbursable basis for up to 5 years. The specifications are located in the Attached Statement of Work (SOW). When the Request for Proposal is released, the method of procurement will be set aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is: 312112 - Bottled Water Manufacturing. The Product Service Code is: 8945 - Foods, Oils, and Fats. Telephone requests for this solicitation will not be accepted. The issuing date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about November 10, 2021 and the response closing date is anticipated to be on or about December 31, 2021. Anticipated issuing and response dates are subject to change. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Prospective offerors shall be required to complete Representations and Certifications online at https://www.sam.gov in response to this requirement.
