PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS CONSUMABLE MEDICAL SUPPLY KITS SOLICITATION NO. 70FB7021R00000010 The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts Consumable Medical Supply Kits (CMS) in support of Steady State efforts and Presidentially declared disasters. The intended IDIQ contracts will be supported by Task Orders issued on a Firm Fixed Price or cost reimbursable basis for up to 5 years. The specifications are located in the Attached Statement of Work (SOW). When the Request for Proposal is released, the method of procurement will be set aside for Small Businesses. NAICS Code: 423450 - Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers. Telephone requests for this solicitation will not be accepted. The issuing date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about July 30, 2021 and the response closing date is anticipated to be on or about August 17, 2021 Anticipated issuing and response dates are subject to change. Prospective offerors shall be required to complete Representations and Certifications online at https://www.sam.gov in response to this requirement.
