POSTING OF GOVERNMENT ANSWERS TO CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS 3-14-2021 This update is provided to post the Government responses to contractor submitted questions. The list of questions and answers are included in the attachment to this posting titled "Vendor questions and Govnt responses 3-13-2021". AMENDMENT: 70FB7021Q00000018-0002 dated 3-12-2021 The purpose of this amendment is to delete the previous version of Atch 0002 Pricing Spreadsheet and replace it with Atch 0002 Pricing Spreadsheet_rv01 dated 3-12-2021 in its entirety. All other terms and conditions remain the same. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with FAR 12.300. This is a FEMA request for quote (RFQ) for a contractor to create and maintain a construction cost database and provide services to deliver reports for all phases of a building construction lifecycle data on a Microsoft Access platform that delivers the unit cost for FEMA home repair components. The Contractor shall perform research of repair line item costs in each Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) code area across the country to provide data that represents the local economy in a disaster location. Services specified under this contract will require quarterly updates and additional pricing adjustments that reflect changes in prices due to current economic conditions in each FIPS code location. The contractor shall use a line item method in which required repairs are recorded as a construction component indicating the required quantity and associated unit cost in accordance with the statement of work (SOW) attached to the solicitation. The Government will award one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Quotes are due by 4:00 PM EST on Tuesday, March 16, 2021.
