FEMA’s Logistics Management Directorate has a requirement for side lifter services in Guam. The contractor services required are for safe grounding/respot of 40-foot containers and 45-foot containers within the Guam distribution center work site using the side-lifter. All responsible sources should submit quotes to Douglas Stickler@fema.dhs.gov and Linda.Osseiboateng@fema.dhs.gov by 2 pm EST, Wednesday, April 21, 2021 Technical and/or administrative questions must be submitted in writing to Douglas.Stickler@fema.dhs.gov Contracting Specialist and Contracting Officer Linda Ossei-Boateng later than 11:00 am EST, Monday, April 19, 2021. Individual responses will not be given. Responses to all inquiries will be published by amendment to the solicitation and posted to Beta. Sam. Inquiries and information received after the established deadline will only be answered/addressed if considered essential to the requirement and in the best interest of the Government. The Government intends to award a commercial purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) responsible offeror.
