This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70FB7020Q00000041 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Under this requirement, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to award single commercial, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 335312. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This is an restricted, small business only.
