This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is 70FB7019Q00000007 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Under this requirement, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to award a commercial, fire fixed price contract. Questions are due no later than March 12, 2019.
